UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include a Technical Services Engineer to its constantly growing team.

 

The aforementioned position will be located at our Client’s site in Aspropyrgos. The client concerned is one of the largest industrial companies in Greece.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for the flawless execution of maintenance services
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks (preventive and reactive) are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of small projects scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure proper investigation of failures according Lean manufacturing tools and techniques following Clients’ Lean Program delivering measurable elimination break downs target
  • Be an active member of Clients’ Change Management Program
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage contactors efficiently to deliver results on quality/ on time
  • Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Meet with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each task

Qualifications

  • 2- 3 years of experience as supervisor of Maintenance team in a manufacturing company or companies operating in industrial sector
  • Experience in Account Management or Contract Management would be considered as an asset
  • Knowledge of technical equipment (HVAC, compressed air, steam generation, fire detection, energy distribution, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Greek Polytechnic University or ATEI)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent PC Skills use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Driving License
