UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include to its constantly growing HR team, a highly motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Location: Head Offices (Kallithea)
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate the process of identifying and analyzing requested job descriptions by clients and specifying the exact skills of the requested positions
- Conduct the entire recruitment cycle (job posting in social media and other channels, CV screening, interviews, shortlist selection)
- Communicate to the Client position shortlist with respective report
- Conduct aptitude or other skill based tests, per Client request
- Maintain candidate database of current and potential candidates
- Be the main contact point for UNISON Human Resources Clients
- Engage in Account Management procedures, such as contract monitoring, customer invoicing and relevant tasks
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition functions, preferably in temporary staffing agencies
- Demonstrated experience in using job posting media (LinkedIn, Kariera, Facebook etc.)
- Experience in recruiting blue and white collar positions
- Extensive experience in mass recruitment, focusing on blue collar positions
- Experience in hotel recruitment will be considered an asset
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of English. Proven use of Business English is required (via occupation in working environments where English is utilized)
- Excellent PC Skills & use of MS Office
