UNISON Human Resources SA, consulting company in HR recruiting, seeks to recruit on behalf of a client in Athens:
SENIOR FACILITIES ASSOCIATE – SOFT SERVICES
Location: ATHENS
(Position code: HRKR2022-02)
Key responsibilities:
- Overall cleaning services management. Arranging and monitoring all cleaning schedules
- Ensuring that facilities meet all health & safety and environmental regulations and standards
- Supervising company’s security protocols
- Updating building evacuation procedures
- Routine inspections on premises to ensure good overall condition
- Preparing company reports on energy efficiency and waste management
- Review of contracts, invoicing and payments control
- Responsible for on-boarding process and company intratransfers
- Organizing facilities to accommodate for seminars, exams and events
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree (engineering background preferred)
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in facilities maintenance
- Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
- Proactive and responsive
- Deadline-driven
