Key responsibilities:

  • Overall cleaning services management. Arranging and monitoring all cleaning schedules
  • Ensuring that facilities meet all health & safety and environmental regulations and standards
  • Supervising company’s security protocols
  • Updating building evacuation procedures
  • Routine inspections on premises to ensure good overall condition
  • Preparing company reports on energy efficiency and waste management
  • Review of contracts, invoicing and payments control
  • Responsible for on-boarding process and company intratransfers
  • Organizing facilities to accommodate for seminars, exams and events

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (engineering background preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in facilities maintenance
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive and responsive
  • Deadline-driven
