SENIOR FACILITIES ASSOCIATE – HARD SERVICES

Location: ATHENS

(Position code: HRK2022-03)

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee building maintenance (both preventive and corrective). Keep records of past maintenance operations (HVAC, backup generators, UPS, electrical, fire safety equipment etc.)
  • Oversee renovations and corrective building projects
  • Supervise both direct and subcontracted labour
  • Coordinate and supervise new building safety and security installations (Fire detection, access control systems)
  • Routine inspections on all building premises to ensure good overall condition
  • Frequent communication with existing building partners
  • Market research of building solutions
  • Maintain an active inventory of office furniture and building materials
  • Review of contracts, invoicing and payments control

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (engineering background preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in facilities maintenance
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive and responsive
