UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include a Sales Administrator to its constantly growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with and provide support to sales team
- Manage the preparation of proposals, by carefully reviewing enquiries
- Develop budget and costing calculations as part of the quotation process
- Submit detailed responses and documentation
- Liaise with current and potential clients for resolving administrative enquiries
- Produce sales reports, presentations and monitor sales KPIs regards to UNISON Facility and Human Resources’ clients
- Perform follow-up and efficiently communicate of incoming enquiries and feedback by current or new clients
- Compile and update sales records (hard and soft copies)
Qualifications
- University Degree (AEI/TEI), preferably in Business Administration or Economic studies
- Minimum 1 year of total experience in a similar sales or customer service position
- Excellent PC Skills with proficient use of MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of English
- Fulfilled military obligations
