PROJECT ENGINEER

Location: ASPROPYRGOS

(Position code: PES/22)

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Able to manage a roll out project plan
  • Able to manage a team of Electricians, Plumbers & technicians. Give daily work plan, monitor daily progress & report to client
  • Able to evaluate & measure a project material & human resources needs. Create quotations & procure materials required
  • Manage contactors efficiently to deliver results on quality/ on time
  • Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to Contract constraints based on financial analysis
  • Be accountable for all Health & Safety procedures for all activities

Candidate profile:

  • Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering Diploma from AEI
  • 2 year minimum experience in construction or industrial environment
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD – able to draw as built drawings
  • Good knowledge of European / Greek building / E/M installations legislation (NOK, ELOT HD384, ETEP standards, TOTEE guidelines, IEC electrical standards, safety standards L3850/10, PD16/96, PD305/96, PD57/2010 , PED , CE legislation)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to cope in a fast paced working environment and timely manage changes
  • Able to communicate directly to different clients and propose client oriented solutions
