UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include a Facility Management Operations Support Officer to its constantly growing team.
Location: Aspropyrgos
Job Responsibilities
- Embrace and implement UNISON vision, values and corporate strategy
- Provide administrative support to Operations Manager and the entire project team
- Maintain and monitor all files related to contracts and client offers
- Conduct purchase orders for requested materials
- Manage help desk ticketing system
- Participate in the invoicing process
- Manage facility management system and reporting
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support & Administration ή Supply Chain/ Logistics Operations Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics or similar study
- Excellent knowledge of English. Proven use of Business English is required (via occupation in working environments where English is utilized)
- Excellent PC Skills and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Desired knowledge of ERP Systems or maintenance management systems
- Driving License
