UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include an Operations Support Manager to its constantly growing team.


Job Responsibilities 

Operations Support Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Operations Support Department of UNISON Group. Operations Support Department is responsible for general administrative support of the Operations with regards to client contracts and offers, monthly invoicing, and general monitoring of contractors’ financial data. Members of the Operations Support Department are in close contact with clients on a daily basis and act as the primary contact point for administrative and other requests.

  • Manage and lead the operations support team in an effective and efficient way, to ensure team productivity
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the department (offers and client requests)
  • Create effective internal procedures, policies, and standards
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of accurate correspondence and records and documentation all customer service activities and discussions
  • Supervise and control revenue, expenses, accruals and invoicing, in order to ensure accurate data representation to Operations Managers
  • Monitor all expenses in relation to contract management
  • Supervisor and monitor contract management of clients and contractors
  • Monitor Help Desk ERP system
  • Coordinate departments ensuring timely and accurate completion of all month-end tasks (reporting)
  • Ensure correct and timely invoicing of clients and subcontractors
  • Act as point of contact for clients’ administrative requests and issues, as well as conflict handling
  • Lead department’s optimization projects, with regards betterement of procedures and guidelines, in accordance to operational needs 


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial positions (e.g. as a Customer Service Manager in Customer Service, Sales Support & Administration or Supply Chain/ Logistics Operations)
  • Proven experience as a team leader
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of ERP/ CRM /Maintenance Management (MMS) systems
  • Excellent use of Greek language, both in writing and orally
  • Excellent use of English language, both in writing and orally
  • Excellent MS Office skills
