UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include an HR Assistant to its constantly growing team.

 

Location: Kallithea Head Office

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, including minor Health & Safety tasks
  • Handle documentation and prepare reports relating to COVID-19 legislation requirements
  • Assist in the entire cycle of recruitment process of employees (job vacancies, interview scheduling, interviews feedback etc.)
  • Administer and process new employee documentation
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Maintain and update employee HRMS information
  • Input and maintain proper records of employee leaves
  • Handle hard copy annual leave requests

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Basic knowledge of Greek Labor Legislation
